We started with her analyzing my speech and creating a custom-made program to address specific areas I needed to improve. Lisa was friendly, patient, and very flexible with my work schedule. The truth: the program is hard! Remember that we all have bad habits that take time to change, but if you are willing to put in the effort, Lisa supports you every step of the way.
I also found the learning materials extremely useful. The lessons are super easy to follow. I had both a manual with CD’s and online access to the materials, so I practiced privately in the car or downloaded the lessons online. Even though I’m finished with the program, Lisa checks in on me from time to time. I’m hoping to schedule some follow-up sessions soon.
If you are looking to do this, don’t wait. My regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.”
